Research Associate, SMART, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor

I have been fortunate to be involved in many urban projects, both in the industry and in academic research. Through my work as an architect and an urban designer, I have realized that you really have to be a collaborator/innovator who hopes to mediate dialogue between various interdisciplinary fields if you want to bring about sustained changes in them.

It is said that the catalyst of progress is ones’ curious nature and dissatisfaction with the status quo. I truly embody the above statement and hope that my work will help propose a framework that can better utilize and enhance future developments in varied fields to create more sustainable cities.
